    Class of '98 Reunion

    Need a little help from your friends?

    The 10-year reunion is upon us. Behold the registration page. Just go to the site to tell us if you're coming. We have a lot of options, depending on your budget, style, schedule.

    Tentative Schedule of Activities

    • Friday, September 5th 1:00-7:00
    • Check-in & registration at Crystal Springs resort 7:00-?Pot luck, trivia pursuit, mischief and tom-foolery
    • Saturday, September 6th
    • 11:00-1:00 Meet in ASMSA Lobby for tour of school, lunch at the cafeteria (“Dolphin Bay Café”)
    • 3:00-4:00 ASMS Alumni Association Information Meeting at the Springs Banquet Room (all are welcome to attend).
    • 4:00-4:30 Presentation of Campus Master Plan by Mike Carpenter, Public Relations Director of ASMSA, at the Springs Banquet Room.
    • 4:30-5:30 Registration for dinner & cocktails at Springs Hotel Banquet Room.
    • 5:30-7:30 Banquet Dinner
    • 7:30-11:00 Dance (free for all!)

    Crystal Springs Attendees!

    The Crystal Springs Lodge includes 40 beds (1 bunk-bed in single rooms w/ bottom full-size and top twin) which will be available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. If you plan on arriving late in the evening or Saturday morning, be prepared to camp outside. There will be space for camping, as well as showers, toilets, kitchen, full-size fridge, coffee maker, and a grill. We also have lake access for swimming, a living room, and deck. As far as beverages, we are requesting that you bring your own, but a community keg is highly likely if we have enough people sign up (or a generous donor!). Food will not be provided, but a potluck is scheduled for Friday night. We will provide some charcoal and lighter fluid, but please bring extra if you plan on grilling.

    Banquet Attendees!

    Dinner must be paid for by AUGUST 15th, and payments will NOT be accepted at the door. We must provide a number of attendees in advance to know how much food to prepare. We hope to have door-prizes and a slide show of past and present photographs. If you would like to share with us some photographs from high school or of your current family, trips, or accomplishments, please post them to the ASMS, class of 1998 Flickr page: http://www.thespringshotelandspa.com/. Just be sure to say you're with the ASMS reunion.

    To let us know you are coming, don't forget to go through the registration page. Payments can be made over the phone by calling the ASMSA office at (501) 622-5105 or (800) 345-2767. Just ask for the “Foundation”. They accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express. You can also send a check payable to the ASMSA Foundation Fund with a memo indicating class of 98 reunion at:

    A receipt will be sent to you as soon as your payment is received. We need your responses by August 15th! If you decide to cancel, we'll need to know that by August 15th as well. No refunds after that date--sorry.

More details to follow.
